Online Talks

By organizing a series of Webinars on “Grand Societal Challenges” like Water, Health and Food during its project lifetime, SEA-EU-Net tries to foster research collaboration between Southeast Asia and Europe in these areas.

As Webinars don’t require physical presence and can be accessed easily from all around the world without any additional costs, we hope to offer especially junior scientists the possibility to increase their knowledge on international research cooperation and offer them a way to network and interact with colleagues from the other region at these meetings as well as giving them a chance to increase their knowledge and a different point of view on their field of research.

The regular structure of a SEA-EU-Net Webinar will consist of two talks of Senior Researchers from both regions and a following Q&A option for the participants with a length of about 1.5 hours.

The Webinars will be announced on this Homepage, via the SEA-EU-Net Newsletter, Facebook, Twitter and the several thematic networks in the EU and Southeast Asia.

This project has received funding from the European Union's Seventh Framework Programme for research, technological
development and demonstration under grant agreement no 311784.
